Thank you

To My Friends and Clients,

I want to thank you for the past fourteen-plus years of coming to you and your homes. I am grateful for the relationships that have been formed throughout the years of my veterinary practice. The time has come for me to step aside to allow a like-minded veterinarian to continue the relationship with you. This person is Dr. Thomas Griner.

Dr. Griner received his degree in Animal Science and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia, so he is a Double Dawg. I have complete trust and confidence in Dr. Griner and leave you in good hands.

God led me into this practice which allowed me to participate in Christian Veterinary Mission trips to Honduras, Costa Rica and South Dakota. The nature of this practice has also allowed me to participate in Kairos Prison Ministry, which I will continue to do. But the most important aspect of this practice has been to allow me to be a veterinary missionary in Chatham County. For that I am thankful to God and to you for allowing me in your homes. I love and cherish the memories of our relationship.

  • Best doctor ever!! He comes to the house and Our babies are always treated good. Wouldn’t have any other doc for our precious fur children.
  • He is a fabulous Doctor for our outdoor feral cat Bob, who we have called ours for about 10 years, and who has been inside our home for a week now. Bob was acting very sickly and I called Dr Lester and he and his lovely tech came and examined Bob and gave him an injection and now Bob is feeling better! He is about 18 years old and we are keeping him inside for now, where he actually wants to be anyway!! Thank you, Dr Lester!! And Karla Kortes Noonan for letting me know about him to begin with!!! He is wonderful!!

  • Dr. Lester and his assistant just made a house call to our four dogs (3 GSD and 1 BMD). He’s awesome. I’m new to the island and was so worried about finding a vet. He’s nothing short of amazing. You can tell he loves animals and he truly cares!!

  • What a awesome experience we had with Dr Lester. So nice to talk to someone who actually cares about our dog and not just getting paid.
